At Oopsie Days, we're a small (two-mum-run) operation, so during busy periods dispatch may take a little longer than usual - we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Below are the details of our shipping process, timeframes, and policies. 

1. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We ship to all addresses within New Zealand using NZ Post.

Shipping costs and timeframes: 

• Free shipping on all orders over $135 
• Urban (2-3 days): $9.95
• Rural (4-5 days): $14.95
• Calculated at checkout

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

2. Returns

• If your Oopsie Baby Kit arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us by emailing info@oopsiedays.co.nz within 30 days of receiving it.
• Email us with your order number and a description (or photo/video) of the issue and we will respond with what to do next.
• Any confirmed refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item and for funds to process.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
